Former US President Bill Clinton is Hospitalized after Fever

Bill Clinton is an American politician, and he was the 42nd president of the United States from 1993 to 2001. According to historical rankings of US presidents, his time as president is ranked in the middle to high level.

According to his staff, Ex-US President Bill Clinton was brought to a Washington hospital on Monday after suffering a fever. He is currently getting medical treatment after facing a number of health problems throughout the years.

Deputy Chief Angel Urena posted on Twitter: “After getting a fever this afternoon, President Clinton was sent to Georgetown University Medical Centre for examination and treatment. He keeps a positive attitude.”

Previous Health Concerns

Clinton had quadruple bypass surgery in September 2004. He had surgery again in March 2005, this time to treat a partially inflated lung. After experiencing chest symptoms, he was sent to New York Columbia Hospital in Manhattan on February 11, 2010, where two coronary stents were put in his heart.

After this treatment, Clinton followed the advice of physicians Dean Ornish and Caldwell Esselstyn and maintained a plant-based whole foods (vegan) diet. On the advice of Mark Hyman, a supporter of the pseudoscientific philosophy of functional medicine, he has since added fish and lean animal flesh. As a result, he is no longer a strict vegan.

In October 2021, Clinton spent five nights in the hospital after contracting a blood illness. He has now talked openly about his efforts to improve his lifestyle, which included becoming a vegetarian as a result of the health crisis.

Bill Clinton Presidency

The last time Clinton's health made news was when he tested positive for COVID-19 in November 2022. At the time, he described his symptoms as "mild" and expressed gratitude for the vaccination and boost.

Clinton, who served two terms as president from 1993 to 2001, is the second-youngest US president still alive, behind Barack Obama, who is 63. He was born just a few months after Donald Trump, the newly elected president, and another ex-US president, George W. Bush.

Despite the problems that affected his successful period in office, he had a second life in the 20 years since leaving office. He adopted a variety of diplomatic and economic activities.
