Mike Tyson earned $15 million from Florida Mansion after his fight with Jake Paul earned him $20 million.

Even though Mike Tyson lost his bout with Jake Paul, he still got a significant salary for making one final appearance in the ring. It's projected that Mike earned $20 million from the battle. And what happens to someone who makes $20 million? Get yourself a brand-new mansion for $13 million. And an airport second home!

A report reveals that Mike purchased two pieces of Florida property in the weeks following the conflict, a $13 million megamansion in Palm Beach and a $1.69 million cottage with airstrip access.

Mike Tyson Mansion

With six bedrooms and eleven bathrooms split between the main home and guesthouse, the $13 million, 12,286-square-foot waterfront holding is a veritable paradise for the now-retired boxer. Additional information from the property's official listing is as follows:

The holding features a large, open floor plan with roomy living spaces that are perfect for both indoor and outdoor gathering. From the house's most recent listing:

"A one-acre private bass pond on the mansion is perfect for fishing. The property also features a covered pavilion with a view of the lake and waterfall, as well as an 80-foot Jacuzzi and pool. Additionally, the holding features a recently rebuilt barn with energy-efficient windows and air conditioning. This is best for anyone who wants to use the area for a child's playtime, storage, entertainment, guest housing, or a workshop.”

Another Real Estate of Mike Tyson

Another selling point is the house's near-new condition; it was still under construction when it was sold and was just completed a few months before Tyson bought it earlier this year. In addition to the more standard features like a wine cellar, home theatre, and gym, it also has a few unique features, such as a "haircut lounge" and a beautiful "extra deep" four-car garage.

Tyson also owns a 2.26-acre site in the Delray Beach neighborhood of Florida that has access to a tiny airport, showing his apparent desire for solitude. A little cottage on the holding already has what Tyson apparently thought was its main draw: a private airplane hangar connected to the cottage itself.

The boxing great will determine it as convenient as possible to fly in and out of Florida by private jet because this mansion is only a ten-minute drive from the more significant holding.

It's unknown if Tyson plans to utilize the property, which is currently recognized to be in Nevada, as his regular abode or if he intends to use it more as a vacation property. In any case, it isn't easy to see how the two attributes combined will not satisfy Tyson's requirements or desires.
