Recently, news emerged that she had sold her Mumbai apartments, including four residential and one commercial. The deals did not happen once; the total of her transactions, which she has been doing since 2023, is Rs. 16.17 crore.
Priyanka's Mumbai Apartments Dealings
Priyanka Mumbai apartments feature a duplex apartment in Lokhandwala Complex, comprising an area of almost 5,045 square feet on the 18th and 19th floors. The Economic Times discloses that the sale of these apartments has grabbed 6.35 crore.
Priyanka's mother, Madhu Chopra, managed and executed the deal on her daughter's behalf. The news reveals that the transaction, including the stamp duty payment, was completed. The procedure cost Rs. 84.47 lakh. Priyanka Chopra, who moved to Los Angeles after marrying an American singer, Nick Jonas, in 2018, made strong sales.
Not only this, but she also sold her ninth-floor apartments in the same area to director and screenwriter Abhishek Chaubey. The residents, who have a total living area of 2,300 square feet, benefitted Priyanka around Rs. 6 crore.
Priyanka also sold her commercial property in Lokhandwala to a dentist couple in April 2023. You must know that both husband and wife have been living in the area at rent since 2021. The working apartment covers a living area of 1,781 square feet and a terrace of about 465 square feet.
