Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco Buy $35 Million Mansion

Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco had a very opulent December. The couple not only announced their engagement to begin the holiday season but it has now been made public that they also spent an incredible $35 million on a brand-new marital home in Beverly Hills, California.

On December 11, Gomez posted a number of pictures of herself wearing a stunning diamond on that finger, revealing their exciting new relationship.

$35 Million Mansion Features

According to reports, Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco bought the Beverly Hills property on December 4, 2024. The large home, which has 7 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, is located in one of the most luxurious areas in Los Angeles on what real estate specialists refer to as a "rare double lot."

The residence has a home theatre, spa, library, and private gym, among other outstanding features. Spanning over an acre, the resort-like grounds feature a glass greenhouse solarium, a swimming pool, and well-designed gardens. It has elegant stone flooring that encircles the pool and is bordered by lush landscape.

A well-known actress and real estate entrepreneur, she has built up an extensive property portfolio over the years. She has already purchased and sold a number of properties, including a Texas home.

History of this Mansion

Famous filmmaker Todd Phillips, who is best known for his films "The Hangover" and "Joker," has owned the estate for a long time. Phillips nearly doubled his investment when he sold the property in 2021 for US$31 million after buying it for US$17.25 million in 2012.

It is unknown who lived in the house before Gomez and Blanco's relocation between 2021 and 2024. It was one of the most expensive sales in the area in 2024 when the singer and her fiancé purchased the house.

Gomez and Blanco Previous Properties

Throughout her career, Gomez has made a name for herself as a wise real estate investor. She has properties in Calabasas, Studio City, and Texas in her portfolio.

Since 2020, the multihyphenate singer and her grandparents have shared a US$4.9 million mansion in Encino that was once owned by the late music icon Tom Petty. The house includes six bedrooms.

Since 2019, Blanco has been living in his own private house. A May 2024 Architectural Digest piece highlights the music producer's unique Los Angeles mansion, which has dramatic crimson velvet rooms, custom enormous furniture, and original Picasso artwork.

With their new Beverly Hills home, the couple seems to have found the same ground despite their different tastes in design.
